Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? ~ Hebrews 1:14
This verse, this promise is the hope I have for my family, my parents, sister, and brother. The promise lies in the "will". If my parents, if my younger siblings are meant to be saved then they will be. They have the angels of promise guarding them and their lives until the day that their eyes are opened to truth. God will not allow them to come to harm, He will allow them to fall into hardtimes, as they are now, but they are protected if they are meant to be the Chosen Children of God, the Elect, saved. One day, they will; this is my hope.
Family is always the hardest to witness to. I can't help but think they tolerate me and the things I say just because we are blood. But because we are blood, I want to help them. I want to tell them the truth. They think they are ok. Mom says God has a plan. Yes, ok, but if that plan involves my sister or brother in a car accident and they both die, is that plan alright with you? If they die tonight or tomorrow without hearing, knowing, and obeying the Truth of God and go to hell, is that plan alright with you? Man-kind cannot afford to make this gamble, to sit back and wait. We are playing with our immortal souls here! There must be a sense of urgency because you don't know what will happen tomorrow; you are not promised your next heartbeat, your next breathe!
...that is why I must take hope, put my trust in this, the promises of my God, that they will one day come to this understanding, before it is too late...
